    • International Priority : 6-10 Business days - please note that is just an estimate. Actual shipping time can very greatly.

    • At times, it may take up to 60 days. This is RARE, but has happened before. It helps to contact your local customs office should this occur to help get the package move quicker. We are super sorry, but once it is out of the USA, we ultimately have no control over transit time and delivery - but most packages to the UK / Europe / Australia takes only 6 days based on most experiences. )
    • All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. This does not happen very often, but it may happen randomly. As we have no control over this and do not charge additionally for custom fees, the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.

    SHIPPING UPGRADES
    • Should you need to ship faster, you can find shipping upgrades options in the drop bar menu when you check out 


    WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
    • Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
    • If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail.
    • We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again.
    • Missing packages marked "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman, many instances, they can locate it for you.

    LOST ITEM + ADDING INSURANCE TO YOUR SHIPPING
    • We do offer the option for you to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This is for domestic standard shipping only.
    • All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If somehow the item is "lost" and the tracking number says it is "delivered", we cannot replace the item if we have shipped it to the address you specified in the order receipt, unless you purchased insurance at checkout in the original order.
    • We do NOT refund international packages "lost" or marked "delivered". This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages are outside the US. Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country policies. However, we do know that mishaps happen. So if your piece is lost and you did not add insurance to your order, we can help remake a new piece with a rework fee.

  • We accept unworn, undamaged, unpersonalized returns within 14 days of the receipt of the item(s)

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

     

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale

    GENERAL POLICY
    • Provided that you contact me within 14 days of receiving the item, we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces.
    • Personalized pieces unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless we have made a mistake with your order.
    • Sale items are not refundable.
    • Earrings are not refundable.
    • Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and there will be a 15% restocking fee due to the fact that all of our items are made to order.
    • Original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

     

    EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH (Excluding Cuffs)
    • If you didn’t order the correct length and wish to change to a different length, please message us for more details to see how we can help. We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
    • Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.
    • Please note that if you got a bracelet cuff that is too small, we cannot replace the cuff for a bigger size as the piece had already been cut. If you need it to be smaller, we can adjust the length by cutting the piece down to a smaller size.

    EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
    • We accept unworn/ non-personalized exchanges on orders within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
    • Exchanges are not accepted beyond 7 days of when the item is marked "delivered".
    • Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the item back to you.
