WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

My goal is to give you something you love. I accept unworn, undamaged, un-personalized returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date. 

GENERAL POLICY

  • The majority of my jewelry pieces are eligible for refund and return if they are unworn. To request a refund and return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Once received, a refund will be provided within 14 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

  • Due to the nature of these products, the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Custom or personalized pieces, unless we have made a mistake with your order.​

    • Earrings

    • Intimate items

    • Sale items

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? Contact me within 12 hours of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Incorrect Length?

  • If you wish to change the length of your piece (excluding cuffs), please contact me for more details on to see how I can help. I do charge a small fee for re-adjusting lengths.

  • An additional shipping fee will apply to send the corrected item back to you.

  • Please note that if you ordered a bracelet cuff that is too small, I cannot replace the cuff for a bigger size as the piece has already been cut. If you need a smaller cuff, I can adjust the length by cutting the piece down to a smaller size.

Exchanging for a Different Item?

  • I accept unworn/non-personalized exchanges on orders with notice given within 14 days of when your package was delivered. As with returns, exchanged items must be shipped back within 30 days of the marked delivery date.

  • An additional shipping fee will apply to ship your new item to you.
